If you are Building a Business, then Prospecting and Recruiting for your Business is where it’s at. Are you finding you get in front of a prospect, yet don’t feel great at the end of the meeting – do you think – I wish I’d done less ‘presenting’ / asked more questions about them/ listened longer to what they had to say / been more focused on them than me / said less about my company and more about how I can help them / had a REAL 1:1 with the person with YOU as their sponsor, not You representing your company?
Before we even get to the Tips section, I have to say, that Being Your Own Brand is the way to go. If you have a Network Marketing Business, then you obviously live , breath, believe in and promote their product(s). But so does every other Distributor / Representative that has signed up with them. You have to Totally Believe In Yourself as Your Business Brand and these Tips become a comfortable, natural part of your prospecting and recruiting – you don’t have to feel you are out there Selling Someone Else’s Product.
