Welcome to 2018 🎉 and this funky Infographic on the Science behind achieving your goals … because you have set some, right?
The thing about goals is that you really do need to engage with them, both emotionally and practically in order for them to take shape. Sometimes it is hard to find the will power, time, energy or inspiration to carry out the actions needed to achieve even 1 goal.
At present I am preparing a Free Training for my Community on My Game Plan for 2018, and I came across this Infographic which has some really funky tips on how to tie your goal up with your life, so you don't forget, and can't make excuses!!
So I'm sharing it for you here, to see if these small scientific tips can encourage you to be one of the WINNERS this week, month or year, who actually achieve, even something small, but some goal that changes their lives for the better.
